All Shipped Orders purchased ahead of the October 10th deadline were successfully shipped out!

For U.S. Orders who purchased tickets Before October 10th, you will receive your passes in the mail by November 7. As each order is fulfilled, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking number. Once you receive your wristband, register your wristband online before you arrive at the event.

If you have a Will Call Ticket or International Order: Please bring your Order Confirmation and/or Event Live QR Code and Valid Gov't-Issue Photo ID to the Festival Box Office to exchange your Ticket for your Festival Wristband.

St. Pete Country Festival Wristbands Have Started Shipping

TICKETS & SHIPPING

Anyone who purchased tickets before 11:59 PM ET on October 29th, 2025 will receive their wristbands in the mail. Wristbands will begin shipping in end of October, all guests will receive their wristbands by November 10th.

If you purchased before October 10th, 2025 and it is passed November 10th and you still have not received your wristband you can contact stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com. Please provide your confirmation number, purchaser’s name, and the shipping address.

Lost wristbands can be replaced for $20 at will call. Never-received wristbands will be replaced free of charge and can be picked up at will call. Confirmation number required, originally lost wristbands will be canceled.



Wristbands are shipped by order, meaning that if you purchased tickets at different times, they will be shipped to you separately. Wristbands are fulfilled and shipped in batches, so you may not receive all of your orders on the same day. 

If by November 10th, you have not received all of your orders, or the order you received was incorrect, please email stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser full name
  • Order confirmation number (of not received or incorrect order)
  • Shipping address
  • Expected order items 
  • Items you did receive (please include the unique ID(s) on the back of the wristband chip)

Shipping addresses needed to be changed by 11:59 PM ET on October 21st, 2025. Please visit the Festival Box Office for support, an Wristband Replacement Fee may apply.

Any purchases made after the shipping cutoff date of 11:59 PM ET on October 29th, 2025 will receive a PDF ticket in their email when purchasing. This PDF ticket can be taken to the box office at the event to be exchanged for your pass(es). Please remember a Valid Gov't-Issue ID.

Not to worry! Wristbands are fulfilled and shipped in batches. If you purchased your tickets by 11:59 PM ET on October 29th, 2025, but have not received your package by November 10th, please email stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com with the following information:

  • Purchaser full name
  • Order confirmation number
  • Shipping address

INTELLITIX ACCOUNT SETUP

  • Allows you to attach a payment method to your wristband. An attached payment method allows you to spend directly from your card, so you don’t need to worry about pulling out your wallet to pay, allowing for quicker transactions around the event (and more time to enjoy the fun).
  • Allows you to view all of your event transactions and send yourself receipts in one place.
  • Allows you to freeze your wristband so someone else can’t use your card and/or funds if the wristband is lost or stolen.
  • Allows you to retrieve a new wristband from the box office if yours is lost or stolen.

No. An Intellitix account can only be connected to one St. Pete Country Festival 2025 wristband. For any additional wristbands, they should be given to the person that is going to use it so they can make their own account and add the wristband to it. If you share an email address you can follow these steps to make an alias for your email so that you can have two different accounts.

  1. Start by creating the first account with the email address you have. Make sure to go all the way through with creating the account: go to account.intellitix.com/sign-up enter your info, click the link in the verification email you are sent, enter your account information, then add your wristband and payment method. Then SIGN OUT of this account. 
  2. Then go back to account.intellitix.com/sign-up and this time when you enter the email address add a + sign with a word before the @ symbol (for example if your email is thesmiths@email.com, now you would enter thesmiths+secondacct@email.com). This will make it look like a new email for your Intellitix account, but will still send any verifications to your actual email address. Then you can continue with the account creation, adding a wristband, and adding a payment method process just like you did on the first account.

NOTE: If you are experiencing issues where it is trying to still use the original account you can use a different browser application for the second account or try using an incognito/private browser window instead.

No. Once a wristband has been added to an Intellitix Account, it cannot be removed or transferred to another account.

This error typically means that there was a typo in the UID and/or security code that you entered when trying to claim your wristband. Try entering these details again, being careful to enter them exactly as they are on your wristband.


If you are still encountering issues after trying again, you can send a picture of the back of your wristband to: stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com. Please make sure to include the purchaser’s full name as well.

When you save a payment method to your Intellitix account a small pre-authorization charge is made, then immediately refunded. This is to verify that the card you are saving is a valid card to prevent issues with using this card at the event.

The Freeze button in your Intellitix Account allows you to temporarily disable your wristband from allowing it to be used for purchases. For example, if you lose your wristband at the event and have a payment method attached to it you can freeze it until you are able to get to a customer service station and have it replaced so that someone else can’t use it if they find it. If you accidentally freeze the wristband or end up finding it, you can unfreeze it from the same place in your account to resume being able to make purchases.

If you’re being asked to create an organization, please navigate to the Intellitix guest account platform instead at: account.intellitix.com to either click create your account or enter your account details and sign in.

Yes, you will also have the option to purchase using a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or cash at all of the vendors inside the event. You will still be asked to tap your wristband to begin the purchase process even if you have not created your account. This will allow you to still see all of your transactions if you do decide to make an account at a later time.

AT THE EVENT

If your wristband didn't arrive by mail and you plan to collect it at will call, you will need to bring the confirmation number from your ticket purchase. If you purchased after the shipping cut-off you would have received an email with a PDF ticket and can bring that to will call as well.

Once you’ve attached a payment method to your Intellitix account, you can make purchases for food, drinks, and merchandise at the event using your wristband. Once you’re at a vendor location:

  1. Tap your wristband on the device as indicated by the staff.
  2. Place your order with the staff.
  3. Tap your wristband a second time to confirm your transaction.

The amount will automatically be charged to your attached payment method. It’s that easy!

No, you cannot split the payment for an item. Only one wristband can be used to open the transaction, and that same wristband must be used to close and confirm the purchase. This is a security feature to ensure the purchaser is in control of their own spending.

Your wristband is your ticket to the festival and your digital wallet.  Treat it like cash.

Lost or stolen wristbands can be deactivated and replaced at the box office. The cost to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged wristband will be $20.

AFTER THE EVENT

All product refund requests can be sent to: stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com. Please make sure to include as much detail as possible such as: Order ID, your wristband UID, the vendor you made the purchase at, when the purchase was made, what item(s) on the order need refunded, reason for refund.

Please e-mail stpetecountryfest@intellitix.com and provide the following information:

  • Full registered name or purchaser’s name
  • Wristband UID (code on the back of the wristband)
  • What you need assistance with or where you’re getting stuck if you’re making an account
