• SPCF is a rain or shine event.
• Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
• Children over 5 must purchase and have a wristband. Children 5 and under are admitted free without a wristband but must be accompanied by an adult.
• Wristbands are non-transferable once applied and will be voided if tampered with, broken, or lost.
• Wristband replacements if stolen, broken or lost are $10 and can be exchanged at Will Call.
• You may leave the fest site and return with your Official SPCF Wristband.
• Line-up is subject to change without notice.
• No pets permitted – service animals only.
• All wristband holders are subject to search upon entry.

BAG POLICY

• St Pete Country Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the fest.
  Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
• Official SPCF Logo clear plastic bags will be available through festival merchandise outlets)
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
• Small, non-clear bags, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the fest with one of the clear plastic bags.
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
• A small clutch bag is defined as – “approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

St. Pete Country Fest and private security personnel at the entrances reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and non-­allowed items.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

You must be 21 to drink and you must possess a valid ID to purchase alcohol. SPCF is a zero tolerance event. All local and State laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

When you enter the St Pete Country Fest (SPCF) event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by SPCF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar SPCF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of SPCF. You release SPCF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by SPCF or the person or entity designated to do so by SPCF. When you enter SPCF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
